Before the study intervention, data were collected by using Demographic & Clinical variable, World Health Organization Quality of Life Instrument, Assessment of Activity of Daily Living, and Renal Function parameter inventory. After that participants were introduced & distributed the Nurse Led Renal Rehabilitation Information Module on the day of enrollment. After 4 weeks, post intervention data were collected with same research tools.
Result: In this study, results show that Nurse Led Renal Rehabilitation Information Module was found to be effective in improving quality of life (p<0.001) and activity of daily living (p<0.001) after study intervention (p>0.05).
Conclusion: So, Nurse Led Renal Rehabilitation Information Module was found to be effective in improving quality of life & activity of daily living. Hence it may be implemented in the dialysis unit and nurses can rehabilitate the patients.
