Abstract

Assamese folk culture is not merely an amalgamation of aesthetic expressions or traditional norms; it inherently harbors a highly advanced practical consciousness of science, mathematics, and geometry. Even in an era devoid of modern technological proliferation, the indigenous society of Assam cultivated a unique technological framework by closely observing the intricate laws of nature. This traditional knowledge system can be flawlessly validated through the principles of physics, chemistry, microbiology, and geometry. This research article provides a scientific analysis of ten crucial dimensions: the trigonometry and aerodynamics of folk architecture, the matrix geometry and binary logic of the handloom, the acoustics of traditional musical instruments, the biochemical technology of food preservation, the metallurgy of bell-metal, the angular momentum in Bihu dance, the three-dimensional spherical geometry of the Japi, the climatology of agriculture, and the particle kinematics of bamboo and cane implements. This study endeavors to elevate the rational foundation of Assamese folk culture from a purely emotional stratum to one of international scientific eminence.
