Abstract
Artificial Intelligence (AI) is transforming library and information services by supporting librarians in delivering smarter, faster, and more efficient services. Technologies such as generative AI, natural language processing, and machine learning assist with reference services, information retrieval, metadata creation, and user support. Rather than replacing librarians, AI complements professional expertise and improves decision-making.
