Abstract

Objective: To find out the effectiveness of Exercise training on anthropometric measurements and biomarkers in the Young adult PCOS population.
Method: The articles were selected from various authentic platforms like Google Scholar, PubMed and ScienceDirect, from the years 2020-2025. Total articles selected were 41 from which only 15 articles were selected for the study according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria.
